Sunnyside and Tahoe Park

This area is quaint and desirable for its location and gated lakefront homeowners association. Connected to Tahoe City via Highway 89/West Lake Blvd. and the bike trail on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. Sunnyside Resort is a popular summer destination. The deck at Sunnyside is one of the busiest spots in the summer for eating and drinking al fresco. Boaters visit the marina to refuel or disembark for a bite to eat and drink. Neighborhoods around Sunnyside include Tahoe Park, Tahoe Park Heights, Tahoe Woods and Talmont. Many of these areas allow homeowners access to the Tahoe Park HOA with a 3-acre lakefront park featuring 2 piers, beach, buoys, picnic areas, playground, basketball court, etc.
