Pineland and Timberland

Just beyond Sunnyside on the west shore of Lake Tahoe are these 2 established neighborhoods. Pineland features level streets with forest and creek settings. The main street in Pineland provides access to the Ward Creek area, the back side of Alpine Meadows ski area and Alpine Peaks subdivision. Timberland is approximately a 3 by 3 block neighborhood surrounded by forest. There is a community center called Rideout at the north with activities and events for use by community members and visitors. Pineland and Timberland real estate features woodsy cabins and nice homes.
