A subdivision located near forest in Truckee adjoining the larger area of Sierra Meadows. The parcels in this area tend to be a bit larger than those in the lower areas of Sierra Meadows (most around 1 acre) allowing for larger homes. Martiswood Estates does not have an active HOA so, no dues.
