Homewood

Another charming west shore community with a local style ski area, boat marina and a few restaurants. Homewood adjoins Chamberlands to the south, Blackwood Canyon and wilderness to the west, Highway 28 and the lake to the east and Tahoe Pines to the north. Neighborhoods within the Homewood area feature peaceful, wooded settings, many with forest land surrounding the homes. Summer and winter visitors enjoy outdoor activities on the lake and trails in the area.
