Glenshire and Devonshire

Glenshire Devonshire is a large residential community located on the easternmost side of Truckee with the Truckee River to the north and west and Martis Valley and forest to the south and east. About 5 minutes to downtown Truckee and 30 minutes to Reno.  There is a small commercial center, elementary school and fire station. Most homes in this area are owned by local residents and are moderately priced with some larger, more expensive homes in the outer lying neighborhoods.  Neighborhoods vary slightly within this area with some larger acre sized lots and horse properties allowing for a more spacious and open feel. A private swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, bar-b-que area, open space, trails and tennis courts are enjoyed by members of the Home Owners Association. Dues are currently $275/year.
