The term ‘lake view’ can mean a number of different things, especially in the Lake Tahoe Real Estate market. If you’ve been doing some research about Lake Tahoe Real Estate, you probably have seen words like ‘peek’ and ‘panoramic’ to describe the lake view. Lake views start with a peek (being able to see a small slice (or peek) of the lake through trees) and end with a panorama (a full-on view of Lake Tahoe). Obviously, homes with panorama views typically cost more than homes with peek views. Many of the high end, luxury homes in the area have stunning panorama views of Lake Tahoe.
